With four different sizes and two shapes, these high-quality silicone cups are designed to target a variety of issues on the face and/or body, including:

The silicone cups we use are made of medical grade silicone, a material that’s odorless, pliable, flexible, and durable. These qualities ensure that the cups are soft and elastic, making them easy to squeeze and allowing the user to control the degree of suction. Our silicone cups are also thick enough to provide superior adherence.
HOW IT WORKS

HOW TO USE IT
Never leave your cup suctioned in 1 place – always keep it moving to avoid bruising.
Use a liberal amount of face oil or other lubricant for your cup to effortless glide alongside the crevases of your face/body. DO NOT USE ON DRY SKIN.
Do not pull on skin— anchor the movement with your free hand and glide the cup in an upwards and outwards.
Suggested frequency and duration for your cupping therapy will be described in-depth in the Cupping Protocol instruction cards included with the set. It is strongly recommended that you follow these instructions to see optimal results and avoid over-irritating your skin.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
If you're using the cups only for your own personal use and only on yourself, you can simply wash the cups with hot water and soap using your hands.
Once they're clean, you can immerse them in boiling water to make sure that your cups are clean and free from any bacteria. Let them air dry on a clean surface (a clean towel for example) or dry them with a lint free cloth.
DO NOT use alcohol, freeze, or microwave. It's recommended to wash your cups after each use.
If you're using the cups on different clients, it's very important that you're following a professional and thorough cleaning protocol.
Store in a closed container.

Due to the nature of our products, we will not accept any product returns. However, if you received an incorrect or damaged item, you're eligible for a refund, provided that the product is still in the condition it was received and proof (such as photos of the product + receipt) is provided.

My product was damaged
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 4 DAYS of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example images e-mailed to us of the damaged item).
We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety. But in the circumstance of your order arriving in a damaged state of items or error of goods received, you can contact support at info@ju-ene.com and discuss replacements of goods.

If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition.

Should you make an error when ordering online, we can exchange or cancel your item if it has not been dispatched yet. To initiate this, please contact us ASAP here.
If you did not realize this until you received the item, please also fill out our contact form and we will assist you as soon as we can. Don't open/use/unpackage the item and make sure to keep your receipt. You MUST contact us within 4 days of delivery.
What delivery options do you offer?
We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel (Standard Shipping) & Canada Post Xpresship (Express Shipping), in addition to our Free Local Pickup option available for those living in Edmonton, AB.
Can I track my package?
Yes. Every package will have a tracking number that will be shared with you as soon as the order is dispatched and the shipping label is created. You can find this tracking number in your 2nd email from us that is sent out when the order is shipped.
Is my Shipping Fee refundable?
Shipping is non-refundable as the label has already been created and used. However, if you meet our Refund requirements, we would be more than happy to refund the full amount, minus the shipping fee.
